With International Sushi Day coming up on 18thJune, why not learn how make it for yourself by popping along to our stand (F1040) at this year’s BBC Good Food Show. The show is being held at Birmingham’s NEC from 14th– 17thJune and the doors open every day at 9am.
Renowned Japanese chef, Atsuko, will be holding masterclasses throughout the day and not only can you find out how to make them, you’ll also get a taster too.
Over the four-day show, she’ll demonstrate how to make the following dishes using Yutaka ingredients:
- Soba Sushi Roll
- Chicken Lime Teriyaki
- Chicken Katsu Curry
- Shiritaki Puttanesca Pasta
- Cauliflower Curry
Having run her own Japanese cookery school in London for over a decade, Atsuko is a leading advocate of making Japanese food easy, healthy and accessible.
