Yutaka Frozen Udon Noodles are produced in Kano which is located in the east of Yamaguchi prefecture in Japan. It is surrounded by mountains and located close to the upper stream of the Nishiki river which provides delicious pure mountain water. The local artisans who make our noodles use the local spring water and choose the best wheat flour.
