How to prepare (from frozen)

Steamer *recommended*

Place the bao buns in a lined steamer tray. Close the lid and steam on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

 

Microwave

Remove all packaging and place 2 bao buns in a microwaveable container and cover with a lid. Microwave for 2-3 minutes on a medium heat (800W).
