Water, Rice, Salt. Acidity: 4.5%.
Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
How to make sushi rice:
Mix 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of salt and fold into approx. 500g of cooked rice. Cool it down before making sushi.
