To make quick Chicken Teriyaki (Serves 2)
Mix 2tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce and 2tbsp Yutaka Mirin (1:1) then marinate 2 chicken thighs in the sauce for 10 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken thighs until cooked through. Pour the rest of the sauce over the cooked chicken thighs and simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve with cooked rice and green salad.
