How to make miso soup:
Ingredients (Serves 2):
20g Yutaka Katsuobushi (Bonito flakes)
1/2 pack Yutaka Tofu, diced
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tbsp Yutaka Dried Wakame Seaweed
2 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
1. Add 500ml boiling hot water and 20g Katsuobushi (Bonito flakes) in a sauce pan. Simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and wait for 2-3 minutes until settles down to the bottom of the saucepan.
2. Drain with a sieve.
3. Add the tofu and spring onion and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and add the miso paste. Stir well until the miso paste is dissolved, then serve.
