Keep frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted keep refrigerated below +5°C and consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze. Colour and texture may be affected due to handling and storage conditions but does not indicate a loss in quality.

How to prepare:
- Defrost in the fridge for 6 hours or until thawed.
- Slice using a sharp knife.
