Miso & Orange Zest Marinade Chicken for 2
 
Ingredients
4 Chicken thighs
A pinch of salt
 
Marinade
4 tbsp Yutaka Sweet Rice Miso
4 tbsp Yutaka Mirin
1 tbsp Orange zest
 
1. Marinade chicken thighs in the fridge for 30 minutes, or overnight for a fuller flavour.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Wipe the miso off the chicken and place on a baking sheet. 
3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until cooked and serve with your favourite salad.
