How to Enter

  • Purchase any Yutaka product between 02/01/2026 and 28/02/2026.
  • Complete the online entry form with your first name, last name, and a valid email address.
  • One entry per person.
  • Keep a photo of your proof of purchase in a safe place, as it may be needed to claim the prize after winner selection.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your entry has been successfully submitted.

Key Terms & Conditions

Who Can Enter
  • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • One entry per person only.
  • Employees of Tazaki Foods, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • Purchases made for business or commercial purposes are not valid for entry; only personal consumer purchases qualify.
Promotion Period
  • The promotion opens at 00:01 GMT on 02/01/2026.
  • The promotion closes at 23:59 GMT on 28/02/2026.
  • Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
The Prize

The prize consists of:

  • Return economy flights for the winner and one guest, departing from London, UK to Tokyo, Japan.
  • 4 nights’ accommodation for the winner and one guest in a 4-star hotel in Tokyo, based on sharing one double occupancy room.
  • Daily breakfast included.

Winner Selection & Notification
  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner may bring one guest to share the prize.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the promotion closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, after reasonable efforts to contact them, Yutaka reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Proof of Purchase
  • The winner must provide proof of identity and a valid proof of purchase for any Yutaka product purchased during the promotion period when requested.
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
Data & Privacy (GDPR)
  • Personal data provided will be used solely to administer the competition, contact the winner, and arrange prize fulfilment.
  • Data will be stored securely and shared only with trusted third parties involved in operating the promotion.
  • Entrants will not be added to any marketing or mailing lists, and their data will not be sold or used for promotional communications.
  • Data for non-winning entrants will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days of the promotion closing.
  • Data for the winner and their guest will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days of prize fulfilment.
General
  • Yutaka reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
