How To Cook

Cooking Instructions
To oven cook:
Remove the frozen eel from the packet and wrap it in foil. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180°C. Remove the foil and serve.

To microwave (800W):
Pierce film and place the pack of frozen eel on a microwavable plate. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve.

To Boil: 
Place the frozen eel packet into boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from packaging and serve.
