The Yutaka Pumpkin Croquettes are made from unskinned pumpkin to retain its good nutrients and are carefully coated in panko to be deep fried, for that satisfying crispy coating. Serve with shredded cabbage and a few slices of tomato and enjoy with a bowl of rice and miso soup.

How To Cook

Ways to prepare:

Deep fry:
Deep fry in 175°C hot oil for 3-4 minutes.

 

  1. Oven:
    Defrost in microwave for 4 minutes or at room temperature for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sprinkle 1 tbsp cooking oil on the oven tray and place the croquettes.
  3. Heat for 10-15 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.
