How To Cook

Pre-cooked, just add to simmered dishes, stews and soups from frozen.

When adding to salads, blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes or microwave (800W) for 2-3 minutes.

Great to add in a tonjiru pork miso soup or stew with carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and chicken for a comforting and delicious nimono (simmered) dish.
