How to make Inari Sushi
1. Cook 180g Yutaka Sushi Rice, and season with 2 tbsp Japanese rice vinegar, 1 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt.
2. Gently open a tofu pouch and fill with the seasoned rice and gently push with your fingers so that the pocket is filled all the way to the corners.
3. Add your choice of toppings such as cooked prawns, thinly sliced omelettes, grilled salmon, edamame or simmered vegetables.
