Perfect Miso Yaki Salmon for 2

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets
3tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
1tbsp Yutaka Cooking Sake
1tbsp Yutaka Mirin

  1. Mix miso, sake and mirin to create a Saikyo-style miso marinade.
  2. Marinate salmon in the fridge for 30 minutes, or overnight for a fuller flavour.
  3. Remove fillets, letting excess marinade drip off, and place in an oven proof dish.
  4. Cook in the oven at 170°C for 10-15 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
