Wakame Seaweed Salad with Yuzu Miso Dressing

Salad

  • 3 tbsp Yutaka Wakame Seaweed
  • ½ cucumber, chopped
  • 3-4 heads lettuce, shredded

Yuzu miso dressing

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 3 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 1 tsp Yutaka Cooking Sake
  • 1 tsp Yutaka Mirin
  • 3 tsp Yutaka Yuzu Citrus Seasoning

Directions

  1. Soak Yutaka Wakame Seaweed in water for 20-30 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, mix sugar with hot water until dissolved, then add all the remaining Yuzu miso ingredients. Stir until combined.
  3. Drain water from the wakame and mix with the cucumber and lettuce. Drizzle with the Yuzu miso dressing. Serve.
