    Did you know

Grown in the fertile Mekong Delta using natural groundwater, this high-quality rice is processed using advanced Japanese Technology.

*Our unique Ultra Micro Bubble method removes bran residue without washing, preserving the rice’s natural umami and nutrition. This means you get better taste and more nutrition in every grain.

Unlike regular rice — which contains about 150g of bran residue per 5kg bag — our rinse-free rice has the bran removed, giving you more actual rice grains and better value. Plus, it saves time since no rinsing is needed, is eco-friendly by conserving water, and is cleaner with a reduced risk of insect contamination.

    How To Cook
    1. Soak 300g of Koshi Yutaka Rinse-Free Rice in cold water for 15 to 30 minutes, then drain thoroughly. Soaking allows the rice to absorb water all the way to the centre of each grain, ensuring even cooking.
    2. Add 340ml of fresh cold water and the rice to a heavy-based saucepan. Bring to the boil, then summer for approximately 12 minutes with the lid on.
    3. Turn off the heat and leave the rice to stand. Covered, for 5 minutes before serving.

Note:Appliance performance may vary. This is a general guide only.
