Usage/Cooking instructions
Perfect with seafood, white meat, spring vegetables or in desserts. Add depth of flavour to creamy soups such as mushroom or potato soup.

Miso & Orange Zest Marinade Chicken for 2
 
Ingredients:
4 Chicken thighs
A pinch of salt
 
Marinade:
4 tbsp Yutaka Sweet Rice Miso
1 tbsp Orange zest
 
1. Marinade chicken thighs in the fridge for 30 minutes, or overnight for a fuller flavour.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Wipe the miso off the chicken and place on a baking sheet.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 months.
