Did you know

Yutaka Udon Noodles from Kano are made from carefully selected wheat flour and Yamaguchi prefecture’s pure, natural groundwater, located in the peaceful mountains of the Kano region.

This natural groundwater is perfect for making noodles, having spent years being filtered through the minerals and rich earth of the Chugoku region.

Our modern freezing technique adds more water than average noodles, ensuring the best al dente texture from start to finish, so that you can enjoy every single bite.

How To Cook

Cooking instructions from frozen:

  1. Add the noodles straight from frozen to a large pot of boiling water. Bring back to boil and simmer for approx 1-2 minutes
  2. Remove from heat and drain. Add to stir fries or soups of your choice.
