Made from rice only; rice malt and rice wine. This is a very fragrant and refreshing vinegar with a special manufacturing method that reduces the bitterness and sourness unique to grains. This rice vinegar can be used in a wide range of dishes such as dressing and sushi rice.

How To Cook

How to make Sushi Rice:

To make sushi seasoning, cook 250g sushi rice and simply mix the seasoning into cooled rice:

  • 3 tbsp of Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of sugar*
  • 1 tsp of salt*

*Use 1 1/2 tbsp sugar and 3/4 tsp salt for a lighter taste.
