Ingredients:- 250g Yutaka Shelled Edamame, blanched as instructed on pack
- 100g cooked quiona
- 2g Yutaka Wakame seaweed, soak for 10 minutes, drain and chop finely
- 2 red radish, sliced
- 8g mint leaves, chopped
- 6g coriander leaves, chopped
- Some pomegranate seeds
- 15g hazelnut, toasted, crushed
- 1 tbsp Yutaka White Sesame Seeds
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp rice bran oil
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp clear honey
- 1/4 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 grated lime zest and juice
- 1 pinch of salt
