Hob:
Blanch for 2-3 minutes in boiling water.

Microwave:
Defrost in microwave (800W) for 3-4 minutes or adjust the time as necessary for different power settings.

Try this protein packed Edamame Salad for 2:

Ingredients:
  • 250g Yutaka Shelled Edamame, blanched as instructed on pack
  • 100g cooked quiona
  • 2g Yutaka Wakame seaweed, soak for 10 minutes, drain and chop finely
  • 2 red radish, sliced
  • 8g mint leaves, chopped
  • 6g coriander leaves, chopped
  • Some pomegranate seeds
  • 15g hazelnut, toasted, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka White Sesame Seeds

Dressing:
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix the dressing well and dress over the salad.
