Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Gochujang
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Yutaka Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 200g mixed crunchy salad leaves
- 1/2 cucmber, thinly sliced
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil and garlic to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- Turn off the heat and let the sauce thicken slightly in the pan.
- Arrange salad leaves, cucumber and spring onion in serving bowls.
- Top with the sticky chicken and spoon over any extra glaze. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
