Ingredients
- 180g spaghetti
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 100g Yutaka kimchi
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 100ml double cream
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan, plus extra to serve
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
Directions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain, reserving 2 tbsp of pasta water.
- Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce and double cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the drained spaghetti and reserved pasta water. Toss to coat, then stir in the parmesan.
- Serve topped with spring onion, black sesame seeds and extra parmesan.
