Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 200g tinned chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Gochujang
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tin tuna (in spring water), drained
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
Directions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetbale oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes and gochujang, simmer for 5 minutes, then add cream and soy sauce. Mix well to form a creamy sauce.
- Add the drained tuna and warm through.
- Toss the noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve in bowl, garnish with spring onions.
