Creamy Tomato Tuna Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 200g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp double cream
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 tin tuna (in spring water), drained
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced

Directions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetbale oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and gochujang, simmer for 5 minutes, then add cream and soy sauce. Mix well to form a creamy sauce.
  4. Add the drained tuna and warm through.
  5. Toss the noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve in bowl, garnish with spring onions.
