Sushi Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets  Yutaka  Nori
  • 150g sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Yutaka Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise 
  • 200g Yutaka Sushi Rice, cooked and seasoned
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 50g red cabbage, finely shredded

Directions

  1. Cut the nori sheets in half and gently fold each piece into a taco shape. Briefly toast in a dry pan for a few seconds per side until crisp enough to hold their shape.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced tuna with soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and srisacha to make a spicy mayo.
  4. Fill each nori "taco shell" with a layer of sushi rice, followed by tuna, avocado slices, and shredded red cabbage.
  5. Drizzle with spicy mayo and serve immediately while the nori is still crisp.
