A hearty, indulgent rice dish with a rich gravy, fried egg and burger.

Ingredients
- 200g Yutaka Sushi Rice (or cooked white rice)
- 2 burger steaks (beef or preferred protein)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 150g assorted mushrooms (shiitake, butoon, or chestnut), sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minched
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Yutaka Mirin
- 2 eggs
- Salt and black pepper
- Optional: chopped spring onions to garnish
Directions
- Cook Sushi rice according to packet instructions and keep warm.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the burger steaks until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, saute mushrooms and garlic until soft. Stir in soy sauce and mirin and cook for another 2 minutes. Fry eggs sunny side up or to your liking.
- To assemble, place a serving of rice in a bowl or on a plate. Top with a burger steak, then the sauteed mushrooms, and finish with a fried egg on top.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped spring onions if desired.
