How to prepare (5 servings)
- Add 1tbsp of vegetable oil to a large pan and stir-fry 1 finely chopped onion for 5 minutes.
- Add 600-800ml of hot water to the pan, and break 100g of Yutaka Katsu Curry Sauce into small pieces and add to the water. Simmer for 7 minutes or until it thickens, making sure to stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Coat chicken breast fillets in flour, beaten egg and Yutaka Panko. Deep fry the chicken until cooked through, serve on top of steamed rice and generously pour curry sauce over the top.
