Horseradish, Mustard, Corn starch, Wasabia japonica (2%), Acidity regulator [Citric acid], Antioxidant [Ascorbic acid], Colours [Curcumin, Brilliant blue FCF].

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Once opened keep bag sealed and consume within 3 months.

How To Cook

How to prepare Wasabi:

  1. Add cold water to the wasabi powder using a ratio of 1:2 (powder: water). Adjust the amount of water to make your preferred thickness.

  2.  After mixing thoroughly, store in an airtight container to retain the fresh flavour and spiciness.
