Bang Bang Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cauliflower
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 TbspYutaka Soy Sauce
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Lime
  • 15g Coriander
  • Sriracha Mayo (to drizzle)
  • Yutaka Sesame Seeds (to serve)

Directions

  1. Chop the garlic, spring onions, coriander, pepper and cauliflower. Juice the lime and grate the skin.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, maple syrup, 7g coriander, lime juice and zest, together in a bowl.
  3. Add the cauliflower and red pepper to the mixture and combine.
  4. Transfer onto a baking tray and cook at 180c for 25mins.
  5. Once cooked, drizzle with sriracha mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions and the remaining coriander.
