Ingredients
- 1 Large Cauliflower
- 1 Red Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 2 TbspYutaka Soy Sauce
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Lime
- 15g Coriander
- Sriracha Mayo (to drizzle)
- Yutaka Sesame Seeds (to serve)
Directions
- Chop the garlic, spring onions, coriander, pepper and cauliflower. Juice the lime and grate the skin.
- Mix the soy sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, maple syrup, 7g coriander, lime juice and zest, together in a bowl.
- Add the cauliflower and red pepper to the mixture and combine.
- Transfer onto a baking tray and cook at 180c for 25mins.
- Once cooked, drizzle with sriracha mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions and the remaining coriander.
