Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 Limes
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 2 Tsp Oil
- 2 Spring Onions
Directions
- In a bowl mix together the juice from the limes, pepper, soy sauce, miso paste and oil.
- Set aside in a bowl in the fridge.
- Cook the drumsticks for around 20-25minutes in the oven, turning regularly.
- Garnish with spring onions.
