Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and wasabi paste until smooth.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with vegetable oil and heat a grill or griddle pan to medium-high.
  3. Grill the salmon for 3-4 minutes each side, brushing occasionally with the wasabi-soy mixture, until cooked through and lightly charred.
  4. Lightly steam or blanch the baby corn until tender-crisp.
  5. Arrange the baby corn, cucumber cylinders, and radish slices on a serving plate.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon on top or alongside the vegetable, drizzled with any remaining wasabi-soy sauce
