Ingredients
- 300g gnoochi
- 200g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 30g butter
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 1 sheet Yutaka Nori
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to packer instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt the butter and stir in the miso paste until smooth and combined.
- Return the prawns to the pan, tossing to coat in the miso butter sauce.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and gently toss to warm through and combine with the sauce.
- Serve topped with shredded nori and chopped chives.
