Miso Nori Prawn Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 300g gnoochi
  • 200g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 1 sheet Yutaka Nori
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to packer instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt the butter and stir in the miso paste until smooth and combined.
  4. Return the prawns to the pan, tossing to coat in the miso butter sauce.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi and gently toss to warm through and combine with the sauce.
  6. Serve topped with shredded nori and chopped chives.
