Soy and Honey Chicken Traybake
A combination of sweetness and umami for an easy and fuss free delicious dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Legs
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 2 Cloves of Chopper Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
- 300g Green Beans
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. This mixture will be used to marinate the chicken.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and make sure each piece is coated evenly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15-20 minutes in the fridge
- In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers and green beans. Drizzle with a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss the vegetables to coat them evenly with the oil seasoning.
- Spread the marinated chicken thighs out in a single layer on a large baking tray.
- Next, spread the seasoned vegetables around the chicken on the same tray, making sure they're in an even layer.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, baste the chicken every 15 minutes with the remaining marinade.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
