Ingredients
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1cm Ginger
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Hon Wasabi Paste
- 150ml Vegetable Stock
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 100ml Coconut Milk
- Salt & Pepper
- Wasabi peas (to garnish)
Directions
- Chop your onion, celery, garlic, ginger and parsley.
- In a saucepan add 500mml water, onion, celery, garlic and ginger and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add in wasabi paste, parsley and peas - simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Add the lime juice and coconut milk.
- Blend the soup with a food processor or hand held.
- Serve topped with wasabi peas.
