Ingredients

  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1cm Ginger
  • 3 Garlic cloves 
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Hon Wasabi Paste
  • 150ml Vegetable Stock
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 100ml Coconut Milk
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Wasabi peas (to garnish)

Directions

  1. Chop your onion, celery, garlic, ginger and parsley.
  2. In a saucepan add 500mml water, onion, celery, garlic and ginger and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add in wasabi paste, parsley and peas - simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Add the lime juice and coconut milk.
  5. Blend the soup with a food processor or hand held.
  6. Serve topped with wasabi peas.
