One of the most popular Japanese ramens. it's celebrated for being hearty and layered with umami, making it a go to comfort dish for ramen lovers.

Ingredients
- 200g pork belly slices
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 800ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 2 portions Yutaka Ramen Noodles
- 50g bamboo shoots
- 1 sheet Yutaka Nori, cut into strips
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
Directions
- In a bowl, mix Yutaka Soy Sauce, Mirin and sugar. Add pork belly and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the belly slices until golden and caramalised. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the chicken stock and stir in Yutaka Miso Paste until fully dissolved to create the ramen broth.
- Cook the Yutaka Ramen Noodles according to packet instructions. Drain well.
- Divide the noodles between two bowls. Pour over the hot miso broth.
- Top with the caramaelised pork belly, bamboo shoots, nori strips, and spring onions.
- Serve immediately for a ricj, comforting bowl of ramen.
