It's a Japanese take on Casio. e Pepe featuring signature umami flavours.

Ingredients
- 200g pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
- 1 tbsp Yutaka White Miso Paste
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Yutaka White Sesame Seeds
- 1 Spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil (for frying)
Directions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup pf pasta water.
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Stir in the miso paste, mirin, and sesame oil. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and glossy.
- Add a little of the reserved pasta water to the pan to loosen the sauce, then toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- Serve the miso butter pasta in bowls, topped with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion.
