Fish Finger Katsu Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fingers
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Katsu Curry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, for frying
  • 2 soft buns (such as brioche or a soft sandwich bun)
  • Shredded cabbage, for garnish
  • Yutaka Sushi Ginger, to serve (optional)

Directions

1. Cook the fish fingers according to the packet instructions, either in the oven or by frying them in vegetable oil until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the Yutaka Katsu Curry Sauce according to packet instructions.
3. Slice the buns in half and toast lightly, if desired.
4. Place the cooked fish fingers on the bottom half of each bun. Spoon the warm Katsu Curry Sauce over the fish fingers.
5. Garnish with a handful of shredded cabbage for crunch.
6. Close the sandwich, slice in half, and serve with sushi ginger on the side, if desired.
