Fried Rice Omelette

Simple and easy to make Fried Rice Omelette for those lazy days.

  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 2 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Cup of cooked Yutaka Sushi Rice
  • 40g Frozen Peas
  • 40g Sweetcorn
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Milk


  1.  Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan, then add the bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  3. Next, add the rice and vegetables - cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato and soy sauce, reduce the heat to low and cover.
  5. Whist your eggs and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Get another frying pan and 2 tsp oil over a high heat. Pour in half the mixture and whist with chopsticks for a few minutes.
  7. Remove from the pan and serve with half the rice and vegetable mixture.
  8. Repeat with second half to make a second omelette.
