Ingredients
- 400g firm tofu, drained and crumbles
- 2 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the crumbled tofu, soy sauce, minced garlic, spring onion, cornflour, and grated ginger. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
- Form into small, bite-sized balls.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the tofu balls 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients.
- Pour the sauce into the frying pan, tossing the tofu balls to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
