Ingredients
- 4 Striped Bass Fillets
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2cm Ginger (grated)
- 4 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Yutaka Shaoxing Rice Wine
- 1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 Tbsp Fermented Black Beans
- 2 Tbsp Coriander
Directions
- Mix together soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and sesame oul in a pan. Add two inches of water to the pan and bring to the boil.
- Chop the spring onions, add to the pan and take off the heat.
- Pour the sauce into a bowl and add the fish fillets making sure they are completely covered.
- Cook the fish according to packet instructions, basting with the sauce throughout.
- Sprinkle the black beans, ginger, coriander and spring onions on top.
