Ingredients

  • 1 Aubergine
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
  • 60g Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 2 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 2.5cm Greated Ginger
  • 30g Sugar

Ingredients

  1.  Mix the mirin, miso paste, soy sauce, ginger and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Chop your vegetables and add the aubergine to a pan on medium heat.
  3. Once tender add the pepper and fry for a further 3 minutes.
  4. Add your miso sauce and stir so the vegetables are evenly coated.
