Ingredients
- 1 Aubergine
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
- 60g Yutaka Miso Paste
- 2 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 2.5cm Greated Ginger
- 30g Sugar
Ingredients
- Mix the mirin, miso paste, soy sauce, ginger and sugar together in a bowl.
- Chop your vegetables and add the aubergine to a pan on medium heat.
- Once tender add the pepper and fry for a further 3 minutes.
- Add your miso sauce and stir so the vegetables are evenly coated.
