Ingredients
- 4 Fillets Seabass
- 3 Tbsp Yutaka Cooking Sake
- 3 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
- 2 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 3 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 3 Spring Onions
- 200g Yutaka Cooked Rice
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together the cooking sake, mirin, miso paste and soy sauce.
- Add the seabass into the bowl and coat thoroughly. Cover and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Cook the seabass according to packet instructions, basting regularly.
- Chop your spring onions and garnish. Serve with rice and greens.
