Ingredients

  • 4 Fillets Seabass
  • 3 Tbsp Yutaka Cooking Sake
  • 3 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
  • 2 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 3 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 200g Yutaka Cooked Rice

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cooking sake, mirin, miso paste and soy sauce.
  2. Add the seabass into the bowl and coat thoroughly. Cover and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
  3. Cook the seabass according to packet instructions, basting regularly.
  4. Chop your spring onions and garnish. Serve with rice and greens.
