Miso Butter Pasta with Tuna and Cabbage

Ingredients
- 400g Spaghetti
- 5 Cloves of Garlic
- 150g Red Cabbage
- 1 Tin of Tuna in Oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 4 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 3 Tsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
Directions
- Chop your garlic and cabbage.
- Put a saucepan of water on to boil and add the spaghetti.
- Whilst the spaghetti is boiling, heat the oil up in a frying pan and add the sliced garlic.
- Add the cabbage and tinned tuna. Stir well.
- Next add in the black pepper, butter and miso paste, and keep stirring.
- Add a mug of pasta water into mixture, along with soy sauce and mirin.
- Toss the spaghetti in the frying pan and serve.
