Ingredients
- 1 Pack Yutaka SIlken Tofu
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Sushi Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Bonito Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- Yutaka Sesame Seeds (to garnish)
Directions
- Use paper towels to gently squeeze moisture from the tofu and leave it to drain for 15 minutes.
- Chop your spring onions and grate the ginger.
- Chop the tofu into 4 and top with spring onions, ginger and bonito flakes.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and serve.
