Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets (or chicken breast, if preferred)
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 200g cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
- 1 Spring onion, finely sliced, garnish
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, miso paste, maple syrup, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets (or chicken) in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large pan or skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the onion, red pepper, and cabbage, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender but still vibrant. Set the vegetables aside.
- In the same pan, cook the marinated salmon fillets (or chicken) for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden.

- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
