Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Yutaka Barley Miso Paste
- 5 Broccoli heads
- 1 Carrot
- 250g Quinoa
- 1 Chili
- 2 Kale leaves
Directions
- Chop your Carrot, Kale and Chili.
- Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add your broccoli and carrot. Cook for 4 min.
- Meanwhile rinse quinoa and cook according to packet instructions.
- Add your miso paste to a pan along with 250ml hot water. Add the cooked quinoa, broccoli, carrot and kale leaves.
