Miso Soup with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Yutaka Barley Miso Paste
  • 5 Broccoli heads
  • 1 Carrot
  • 250g Quinoa
  • 1 Chili
  • 2 Kale leaves

Directions

  1.  Chop your Carrot, Kale and Chili.
  2. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add your broccoli and carrot. Cook for 4 min.
  3. Meanwhile rinse quinoa and cook according to packet instructions.
  4. Add your miso paste to a pan along with 250ml hot water. Add the cooked quinoa, broccoli, carrot and kale leaves.
