Chicken and Broccoli Curry


    • 1/2 Broccoli
    • 3 Chicken Breasts
    • 100g Mushrooms
    • 4 Spring Onions
    • 1 Clove Garlic
    • 1/2 cm Ginger (grated)
    • 1 Pack Yutaka Japanese Curry Sauce
    • 1 Tsp Yutaka Miso Paste
    • 1 Tbsp Oil
    • 1 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
    • 250g Yutaka Rice


    1. Chop the broccoli, mushrooms, spring onions, garlic and chicken.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat and add the chicken - cook for around 3-4 minutes on each side.
    3. Remove the chicken and add the mushrooms, spring onion, garlic and ginger - cook for a couple of minutes.
    4. Boil the broccoli in a seperate pan for 3 minutes.
    5. Create the curry sauce according to packet instructions.
    6. Add the chicken back into the pan, with the broccoli, soy sauce and miso paste.
    7. Add the curry sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
    8. Serve with rice.
