Chicken and Broccoli Curry
Ingredients
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 100g Mushrooms
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 cm Ginger (grated)
- 1 Pack Yutaka Japanese Curry Sauce
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 250g Yutaka Rice
Directions
- Chop the broccoli, mushrooms, spring onions, garlic and chicken.
- Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat and add the chicken - cook for around 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken and add the mushrooms, spring onion, garlic and ginger - cook for a couple of minutes.
- Boil the broccoli in a seperate pan for 3 minutes.
- Create the curry sauce according to packet instructions.
- Add the chicken back into the pan, with the broccoli, soy sauce and miso paste.
- Add the curry sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
