Steak with sweet potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Rump Steaks
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Gochujang
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Bunch Watercress

Directions

  1. Chop your potatoes into wedges and baste in oil. Cook in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  2. Miz together the mirin, miso paste and mirin in a bowl. Drizzle around 1/2 the sauce over your steaks.
  3. Cook your steaks according to packet intructions and continue to drizzle the sauce whilst cooking.
  4. Leave the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving the sweet potatoes and garnishing with sesame seeds and watercress.
