Steak with sweet potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 Rump Steaks
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Gochujang
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
- 1 Bunch Watercress
Directions
- Chop your potatoes into wedges and baste in oil. Cook in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Miz together the mirin, miso paste and mirin in a bowl. Drizzle around 1/2 the sauce over your steaks.
- Cook your steaks according to packet intructions and continue to drizzle the sauce whilst cooking.
- Leave the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving the sweet potatoes and garnishing with sesame seeds and watercress.
