Mushroom, Gyoza and Miso Soup

Delicately balances earthy mushrooms with delicate umami of miso soup, with gorgeous gyoza swimming through.

Ingredients

  • 60g Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 6 Yutaka Gyozas
  • 2 Tsp Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 2 Radishes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Tsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Directions

  1. Chop the carrot inot ribbons and finely chop the radish.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on a medium-high heat and add the mushrooms and gyoza. Cook for around 6-8 mins.
  3. Whilst the mushrooms and gyoza are cooking, mix the miso paste and soy sauce in a saucepan and add in 200ml boiling water.
  4. Simmer for 4 minutes and then add the carrot ribbons to the mixture.
  5. Remove from the heat and add the mushrooms and gyoza to the mixture.
  6. Serve in a bowl, topped with sesame seeds and radishes.
