Ingredients
- 250ml Vegetable Stock
- 8 Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 4 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Pack Yutaka Silken Tofu
- 2 Spring Onions
Directions
- Simmer the stock with the mushrooms, miso paste and soy sauce for 5 minutes.
- Add the tofu and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve in bowls with the spring onions as garnish.
