Shiitake Mushrooms and Silken Tofu Miso soup

Ingredients

  • 250ml Vegetable Stock
  • 8 Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 4 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Pack Yutaka Silken Tofu
  • 2 Spring Onions

Directions

  1. Simmer the stock with the mushrooms, miso paste and soy sauce for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the tofu and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Serve in bowls with the spring onions as garnish.
