2 sachet of Yutaka Miso Soup
1 quarter small pumpkin, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
A handful of fresh mushrooms


  1. Heat a bit of cooking oil and fry pumpkin for a few minutes
  2. Add 500ml water and bring to boil
  3. Add fresh much room and simmer for 2 mimutes
  4. Add 2 sachets of Yutaka Miso Soup Paste and mix well
  5. Serve
For vegans, use our miso paste to make the soup.
